1. General Policy
- All fees paid to the institute are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Once admission is confirmed, no refund request will be entertained under normal circumstances.
2. Course Fees Refund
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment deducted but admission not confirmed
- Course cancelled by the institute
In such cases, the refund will be processed after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Student discontinues the course midway
- Absence from classes or lack of participation
- Failure in examination or dissatisfaction with results
- Change of mind after enrollment
4. Franchise / Affiliation Fees
- Any amount paid towards franchise, registration, or affiliation is strictly non-refundable.
- The institute invests resources in processing and onboarding; therefore, refunds are not applicable.
5. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–15 working days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer
- The institute may deduct applicable processing charges
6. Required Documents for Refund
To request a refund (if applicable), the applicant must provide:
- Payment receipt
- Valid ID proof
- Written request stating reason for refund
7. Right to Modify
